RISHI VOHRA
Rishi Vohra is an Illinois-licensed attorney practicing in the areas of real estate (ad valorem) taxation and general transactional real estate and business law. For over a decade, he has been representing and counseling investors as well as individual and institutional owners and operators in Illinois real estate tax appeals, contract drafting and negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, finance and development transactions.
Mr. Vohra also frequently represents and counsels clients on general transactional business law matters such as business entity formation, acquisition due diligence, capital structuring, licensing, best practices and compliance. His clients include businesses in diverse industries from healthcare to technology to professional services and retail.
